Why a superbloom

A superbloom is a rare desert event. Seeds lie dormant underground for years, through conditions that give them no reason to grow. Then the right rain comes, and an entire desert erupts into flower at once.

In Alana's words: "Sometimes we lie dormant for years. Stuck, or disconnected from our fullest potential. But when the conditions are right, something in us comes alive again. We bloom fully. Boldly. Beautifully."

That is the whole model of the work. Nothing needs to be added to you. The seeds are already there. Coaching is the conditions.
