When You Finally Go After What You Want

More than 13 years in corporate taught me a lot, and I will always be grateful for that chapter. I built my career across client success, business growth, and people leadership. I led teams, managed hundreds of client relationships, and supported ambitious professionals through pressure, change, and high expectations.

That experience now shapes my work as a confidence and leadership coach.
I understand what it is like to look capable on the outside while privately overthinking, second-guessing yourself, and wondering whether you are truly ready for what comes next.

But there is something different about the stress that comes from building a business you believe in.

I still remember when my first coaching client paid me $50 an hour. You would have thought I made a million dollars. I remember thinking, Okay…this is really happening.

Slowly but surely, I learned how to package my services, create contracts, get insurance, host events, lead workshops, market myself, and build a real business. And honestly, I still learn something new almost every day.

Entrepreneurship comes with uncertainty. There is no guaranteed paycheck or company handbook telling you what to do next. You are responsible for the vision, the decisions, the finances, the client experience, and everything in between.

That responsibility can feel heavy.

But it is in service of something I chose and deeply believe in.

Through private coaching, group programs, workshops, and speaking, I have seen what happens when people strengthen their confidence and self-trust.

They stop second-guessing every decision. They communicate more clearly, set healthier boundaries, lead with greater resilience, and reconnect with their values, energy, spirituality, and purpose.

Confidence is not about becoming the loudest person in the room. It is about trusting yourself, speaking honestly, making aligned decisions, and moving forward without needing constant approval or certainty.

That is the work I teach because it is also work I have lived.

My corporate leadership experience gave me the practical tools. My own personal growth gave me the deeper understanding. Coaching brings the two together.

Every challenge is helping me build something that reflects my values, my experience, and the impact I want to make—not just helping someone else grow their business.

There are days when running my own business feels overwhelming and unpredictable.
But even then, I know this is the kind of stress I would choose every time.
Because it is connected to purpose, freedom, and work that helps people become more confident, self-aware, and sure of themselves in life, work, and leadership.

Chers to going after what you want!
